Summer Outdoor Season:

- Parents and Players should get in the habit of checking field conditions before they head out to practices and games. HRM usually posts field conditions in the summer by 3pm each day. 

- Harbour East All Weather Turf and Cole Harbour Turf remain open unless there is severe weather.

 

Winter Indoor Season:  

- If Halifax Regional Centre for Education declares schools closed due to a storm day, it means that all HRCE facilites are also closed for practices. (Admiral Westphal, Dartmouth South Academy, George Bissett).

- BMO Centre, Carrefour School, East Coast Varsity, East Dartmouth Community Centre, Hugh Bell Gym and Tallahassee operate independently. Please check their websites & social media on questionable weather days for updates, as they often remain open even if HRCE facilities are closed.

If the weather or road conditions are looking questionable, then a decision will be made by the Club and posted on the Storm website & social media by 3pm on the day of the training if practice is cancelled.
