Program Description:

Our Winter 2020 programs will follow Soccer Nova Scotia’s “Return to Play 3.0” guidelines. These guidelines allow soccer play and training within small groups in line with current Public Health restrictions. Health Questionnaires and Contact Tracing will be utilized.

Under the “Return to Play” guidelines, U6 players must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during each session.

Our U6 program follows Canada Soccer's Long Term Player Development (LTPD). LTPD gives the youngest players the opportunity to develop basic movement skills like running, jumping, kicking, throwing, and introduces elements of soccer. Sessions are run in a fun setting built around informal play and positive reinforcement.

U6 will play once a week tentatively Sunday afternoon. The final schedule is to be confirmed.

The first day of Practice will be Sunday January 10th, 2021 and run until Sunday March 14th, 2021.

Practice location:

Practices will be held at local Dartmouth gymnasium.

Program Fee:

$100 per player.

Parents to provide:

- Storm Practice Kit

- Sneakers

- Shin pads

- Water bottle
