Coach Mike Lynch is back! Starting Fri, March 8th and running for 10 weeks, he is running soccer specific fitness sessions. Offered to players aged 11+, sessions will focus on ball-handling skills, core strength, cardio, agility and mobility.
Michael Lynch, a certified soccer coach and CanFit Pro certified personal trainer, is offering a once a week fitness session for players aged 11+. The program is primarily soccer specific, but is also geared towards increasing speed, strengthening the core and improving the agility and body weight strength of the participant.
The program is offered once a week and runs for 10 weeks. Here are the details:
Start date: Fri, March 8th - Fri, May 10th
Location: Grace United Church, 70 King St, Dartmouth
Times for age groups: 6pm - 7pm
Cost: $90 (works out to only $9 per session!)
